Manages email triage, task orchestration, project coordination, and autonomous execution of delegated work through agentic workflows with tool use. Multi-agent architecture with specialised subagents for research, code review, and deployment. TypeScript, Claude API, MCP protocol.
Pothole Payback (2026 - Present) AI-powered service helping citizens claim compensation for pothole damage. Full-stack application: Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, automated data pipeline ingesting 30K+ reports via FixMyStreet API. Deployed on Vercel. Built and shipped end-to-end with AI-assisted development.

Built AI-powered tools for a global climate consultancy while navigating enterprise constraints.
- Market Intelligence Platform: Designed and built an AI-powered platform answering critical business questions for the organisation, especially sales teams. Working beta in front of users in 2 days. 150 data sources, natural language querying, automated outreach generation. Conversion lift, 30+ new qualified leads/month, pre-meeting research cut from 45 min to under 5 min.
- Transition-Risk Engine: Production AI tool generating company-specific climate transition risk registries at scale. LLM-driven analysis (Gemini), RAG pipelines with pgvector embeddings, structured prompt engineering, human evaluation framework for iterative output improvement. Full-stack Next.js on GCP. Cut analytical time by 98%.
