The best way to survive the 21st century is together. The way we do things today does not need to be, nor can it be, the way we do things tomorrow.

I had just finished swimming back and forth across the lake yesterday
and was back on my bike, drying off in the hot wind, cycling along a
beautiful road with sparse woodland on one side and a strip of marsh
then willows on the other.

I had the Go Team tune ‘Everyone’s a VIP to someone’ in my ears, which
as Harry pointed out, is perfect for cruising through the Swiss Alps.

There were a lot of eagles flying around quite near above the willows,
and then to my left one took off and flew along side for about 100m.
It must have been about 4-5 metres away, its huge wings slow
whoooooooomp —- whooooooomp —- whooooomping, head set dead ahead -
it was stunning. One of those perfect moments where everything is good
and beautiful.
